Terms

  • Fixed cost is invoiced upfront for the annually term.
  • GST @ 18% applies on all invoices.
  • Credits: 1 credit per ₹10 of fees (excl GST), redeemable on either-or basis.
  • Success fee is 1% of business won, adjusted only against the fixed fee of the winning month (₹25,000).
  • Success-fee invoices are not payable upfront. A separate invoice is raised only when an order is received, for the amount exceeding the available adjustment.
